Maintenance plans

Set the interval once, then stop thinking about it.

Three plans, chosen by how far the property sits from open water. Plan clients are scheduled automatically and get priority after a named storm.

Oceanfront and sound-front

Salt Line

$139 per visit, 30-pane home

Every visit includes

  • Exterior glass and frames every visit
  • Interior glass twice a year
  • Sills, tracks and weep holes cleared every visit

Over 6 miles from open water

Inland Annual

  • Sills, tracks and weep holes cleared
  • All screens removed, washed and re-seated

Frequency planner

How often does your glass need us?

Interval is a function of exposure, not of house size. Four questions about where the property sits and what lands on it will get you within a fortnight of the right answer.

01 How far is the property from the ocean or the Intracoastal Waterway?
02 What is the tree cover around the house?
03 Does sprinkler spray reach the glass?
04 Is there active construction within a block?

    How the plans actually work

    1. Month to month

No annual contract and no cancellation fee. Pause any time; snowbird clients routinely pause December to March and keep their route slot.

    2. Priced on your count

The headline figures assume a 30-pane home. Your plan price is set from your own pane count on the first visit and stays fixed for twelve months.

    3. Split by elevation where it helps

Waterfront homes often put the water-facing glass on a short interval and the street side on a long one. It usually costs less than a single interval for the whole house.

    4. Storm priority

After a named storm, plan clients are scheduled first, typically within 96 hours of road access being restored. Sample response time, not a guarantee.
