What glass does here
Carolina Beach is a rental market, which changes the job. Most of our work here is timed to turnover: glass cleaned between guests, screens re-seated, sliders cleared of the sand a week of beach traffic leaves behind. Property managers here book blocks of homes on a shared route day so the whole street gets done together.
The boardwalk businesses run a separate commercial route. Salt, fryer film and heavy foot traffic mean the storefront glass there needs weekly attention through the season and fortnightly out of it.

Sliding door tracks on rentals fill with sand faster than any other opening we service. Track work is standard here, not an upsell.
Season swings
Boardwalk commercial glass moves to weekly from Memorial Day to late September, then back to fortnightly.
