Quotes, estimates and bookings

Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.

Cancellations

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Glass condition and pre-existing damage

Cleaning reveals damage that dirt was hiding. Scratches, mineral etch, fabricating debris marks on tempered glass, failed insulated glass unit seals and distortion in historic glass are frequently only visible once a pane is clean. We photograph what we find before starting and report it, but we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions.

Mineral restoration is assessed by a free stage test before any quote. Stage 1 surface deposit is removed without glass loss. Stage 2 etch requires a cerium oxide polish that removes a microscopic layer of glass. Stage 3 deep etch is a replacement recommendation, and we will put that in writing rather than take restoration work that cannot succeed.

• We do not use blades on tempered glass, soft-coat low-E, applied film or leaded glass as a routine step.
• Sashes that are painted or swollen shut are reported rather than forced.
• Rope descent work requires current anchor certification held by the building owner.
• Work is rescheduled for sustained wind over 25 mph, lightning within eight miles, or unsafe ladder footing.

Estimates, sample figures and plans

Every price, interval, response time, review count and performance figure shown on this website is an illustrative sample for a demonstration site. It is not a quote and not a guarantee. A real figure follows a pane count carried out on site.

Maintenance plans are month to month. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Plan pricing is set from your own pane count at the first visit and held for twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of NC.
