What glass does here
Wrightsville Beach glass takes the worst of it. Salt aerosol carried off the breakers settles on east and south elevations continuously, and because the island is narrow, sound-front homes get it too. A pane here can go from clean to visibly hazed in six weeks without a single rain event to blame.
Almost every home on the island is on our Salt Line plan at an eight-week interval, and the ones that are not usually switch after their first summer. We schedule Wrightsville routes on Tuesdays and work oceanfront elevations early, before the sea breeze picks up and makes pole work unpredictable.

Impact glass is common
Post-2003 builds here carry laminated impact glass. It is cleaned normally, but the interlayer edge needs care and we never blade it.
Parking and permits
We run island routes with a single vehicle and a pole cart rather than blocking the narrow streets with two trucks.
