Salt Line
$139 per visit, 30-pane home
Every 8 weeks
The short cycle for glass that never gets a break from salt aerosol. Six or seven visits a year, exterior glass plus tracks every time, interiors twice a year.

$249 per visit, 30-pane home
Twice a year
Two full visits a year, timed to the Cape Fear calendar: a spring reset in mid-May after the pine pollen drop, and an autumn visit before the holidays.
- Interior and exterior glass on both visits
- Sills, tracks and weep holes cleared
- All screens removed, washed and re-seated
- Frame and sash wipe-down
- Written glass condition report with photos
- Ten percent off any add-on booked on the same visit
Best for: Most Wilmington, Porters Neck, Hampstead and Monkey Junction homes.
Inland Annual
$289 per visit, 30-pane home
Once a year
One thorough annual visit scheduled for mid-May, right after the pine drop ends, so the glass starts the summer clean and stays that way.
- Interior and exterior glass
- Sills, tracks and weep holes cleared
- All screens removed, washed and re-seated
- Cobweb removal at soffits and window heads
- Written glass condition report with photos
- Optional autumn interior-only visit at plan rate
Best for: Leland, Brunswick Forest, Castle Hayne and Rocky Point.
