Overview
What this actually involves
Longleaf and loblolly pine drop needles most of the year, and needles are worse than leaves because they mat. A matted gutter holds water against the fascia, overflows at the corner, and sends that overflow down the wall and across the window below. Half the hard water staining we see on ground-floor glass starts as a blocked gutter.
We clear by hand into a bag, not by blower, because a blower puts the debris on your beds and your just-cleaned glass. Every downspout is then flushed and flow tested at the outlet.

How the visit runs
Order matters. Most damage in this trade comes from doing the right steps in the wrong sequence.
Ladder standoff
Standoff brackets on every ladder set so the ladder never rests on the gutter itself, which is how gutters get crushed.
Clear by hand
Debris bagged as we go. Nothing is blown onto beds, decks or glass.
Flush and test
Water down each downspout from the top, watched at the outlet. A downspout that looks clear from above is not always clear at the elbow.
Report the hardware
Photos of any sagging run, pulled spike or separated seam, with a repair quote if you want one.
