Near-coastal
Two to nine miles out. Water-facing elevations carry a real salt load while sheltered elevations do not, which is why we often price these homes by elevation.
Inland
Over six miles inland. Salt is a minor factor and pollen is the main driver, so one well-timed visit in mid-May does most of the work.
