Fixed monthly billing
One invoice per site per month regardless of how many visits fall in that month. No per-visit paperwork.
Glass
Storefront, office, restaurant and hospitality glass on a fixed route, billed monthly.

Overview
Commercial glass is a route business, not a project business. A storefront on Front Street that gets weekly attention takes twenty minutes and never looks neglected. The same storefront on a quarterly schedule takes ninety minutes, needs mineral work on the lower third, and still shows traffic film by week three.
We run commercial routes before 9 am or after close so we are not working through your customers. Every account gets a written scope with pane counts per elevation, a named route day, and a certificate of insurance sent directly to your property manager or landlord.
Scope

Method
Order matters. Most damage in this trade comes from doing the right steps in the wrong sequence.
Every elevation is measured and counted. Doors, sidelights and transoms are listed separately because they take different time.
Weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly or quarterly. Route days stay fixed so your staff know when to expect us.
Most routes run 6:00 am to 8:30 am. Restaurant accounts are usually done between lunch and dinner service.
Etched glass, failed film, vandalism and chewing gum are photographed and quoted, never silently absorbed.
Why it is worth it
One invoice per site per month regardless of how many visits fall in that month. No per-visit paperwork.
Same day, same crew, same start time. Restaurants in particular need that predictability.
Insurance, W-9 and scope documents are ready to send the day you ask.
Pricing factors
Every figure on this site is a sample. A real number follows a count on site.
| Factor | Effect |
|---|---|
| Frequency | Weekly routes carry the lowest per-pane rate. Quarterly carries the highest because each visit is harder. |
| Elevation count | A corner unit with two street-facing elevations is priced differently to an inline unit. |
| Height | Anything above the second storey moves to the high-access scope. |
| Traffic type | Restaurants, gyms and pet-friendly retail put more film on the lower third of the glass. |
Questions

Yes. Most of our commercial route runs between 6:00 am and 8:30 am so the glass is finished before the first customer arrives.
Yes. We bill the property manager for common areas and each tenant separately for their own storefront if that is how the lease is written.
General liability and workers' compensation are current, and certificates are issued naming the property owner as additional insured on request. Sample limits are listed on the commercial page.
